Because all products sold through our website consist of digital video downloads, our refund and return policy differs from that for physical goods.

Digital Products

All purchases are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Once payment has been successfully processed, customers receive immediate access to download their purchased digital content.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days.

However, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or streaming of digital content has begun, provided that:

  • you have expressly consented to immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
  • you acknowledge that by doing so you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and downloading or accessing digital content from UndergroundWrestler, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery of the digital content begins.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, including:

  • duplicate purchases;
  • technical problems that prevent download or access and cannot be resolved by our support team;
  • accidental multiple charges.

Refund requests based solely on personal preference, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to review product descriptions before purchase generally cannot be granted.

Return Shipping

No return shipping is required because all products are delivered electronically.
